About ShareSarathi

NEPSE research and portfolio tools, built in Nepal. ShareSarathi brings NEPSE prices, company financials, broker activity, IPOs and your own portfolio into one app, with the analysis professional investors use. The first version launched in December 2025, and more than 5,000 people have signed up since. It is available on Android, iPhone and the web.

ShareSarathi is a small team in Kathmandu, operated by Medic Sewa Pvt. Ltd. We started because following NEPSE properly meant switching between the exchange website, company notices, broker sites and a spreadsheet. We wanted one place where the numbers are checked and the methods are explained.

Checked data

Company financials are parsed from filings and cross-checked against other public sources. When two sources disagree on an IPO's size or price, we hold the figure back until it is verified instead of showing a guess.

Honest about what works

We test our own tools on NEPSE history and publish the results, including what failed. In August 2026 we removed a paid stock-picking product because its live picks did not beat costs.

Research, not advice

Scores, rankings and levels describe the data. We are not a SEBON-licensed adviser, and nothing here tells you what to buy or sell.
